At DermaSea, we strive to provide each customer with a quality and enjoyable experience.
This requires planning and timing. Considering this, please review our policies below to ensure that we can continue to provide high quality individualized services.

When scheduling an appointment at DermaSea, you'll be charged 50% of the visit upfront.
Your credit card details will be stored securely on file for future transactions.

Upon arrival for your appointment, make sure to be there at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
If you're late, your service time may be reduced, and some treatment features might be altered or omitted to fit the available time.

Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled visit.
If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you'll be charged the full 100% of the scheduled visit.

You can't transfer your appointment to someone else without getting approval from DermaSea first.
If approved, the substitute must adhere to all policies, and the service provided will be the one originally scheduled.
